Mr. Danny Lancaster

Since 2024, Danny Lancaster has served as the Headmaster of Tuscaloosa Christian School—a role that represents the culmination of a lifelong relationship with the institution. As a TCS graduate himself, Mr. Lancaster has a profound personal appreciation for the school’s mission. He joined the employment of TCS in 2006, embarking on a diverse leadership track that has uniquely prepared him to guide the school into the future.

Mr. Lancaster holds a B.S. in Secondary Education with a concentration in History and Political Science and a minor in Bible from Tennessee Temple University, alongside a Master’s degree in Athletic Administration from the United States Sports Academy. His comprehensive understanding of school operations stems from his extensive history on campus, having served as a teacher, Athletic Director, and Assistant Principal before transitioning into the headmaster position.

A leader who believes in leading from the front lines, Mr. Lancaster continues to invest directly in the lives of his students. He remains a fixture in the classroom teaching history and Bible, and he continues to lead the Varsity Boys Basketball program on the court. Through both academics and athletics, his goal remains the same: to cultivate academic excellence and spiritual maturity.

Locally, Mr. Lancaster is deeply involved in family and church ministry. He and his wife, Joy, are the proud parents of four children. They are active members of Skyland Baptist Church, where Mr. Lancaster regularly teaches Sunday school, reflecting his enduring commitment to biblical education in all areas of life.
